SUPPORTING THE ROWING MARINE 18 June 22

An excellent day spent on Lake Windermere supporting Lee Spencer, The Rowing Marine who swam the length of the Lake covering 18kms in 10hrs in preparation for his 'Tri of Great Britain'. Absolutely amazing achievement showing true bootneck spirit. Lee had a great supporting crew with members of the RMA The Royal Marines Charity, and vehicle support from Ewan Henderson (driver) & 30Cdo IX group RM. Cockleshell covered 40 kms by the end of the day.
