A Magic Little Grant

We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded a Magic Little Grant! This grant, provided by Localgiving in partnership with the Postcode Local Trust, is a wonderful opportunity for us to continue improving our services. The grant is funded by players of the People's Postcode Lottery, so we thank everyone who contributes to this fantastic cause.

Our application for the Magic Little Grant was successful and we have received £500 towards purchasing a Cockleshell Launch trolley. This new equipment will make launching and recovering our gig boats safer for all members and allow crews to deploy with ease.

At our rowing club, we are always looking for ways to improve our services and offer more opportunities for our members. This grant is a fantastic boost to our mission and we are excited to see the benefits that the new equipment will bring. The Cockleshell Launch trolley will vastly improve the safety aspect of launching and recovering our gig boat, Cockleshell, to and from the water, ensuring that all members can engage in rowing with confidence.

We are extremely grateful to Localgiving and the Postcode Local Trust for their support and for recognising the value of our services. Their mission to provide funding to local grassroot organisations like ours is truly inspiring and we will continue to strive towards our goals with this new grant.
