National County Championships 2022

The National County Championships took place at the Mount Batten Watersports Centre, Plymouth on the 15th & 16th October.


RMA Gig Club were represented by Club Chairman David Brain who was selected to race for Devon in the SuperVets crew. The race was won by Cornwall with Devon coming a close third over an exciting course held in the Cattewater harbour.

"It was a great race, I enjoyed every stroke. The experience of rowing with such talented rowers was exhilarating and helped me to understand the value of a good technique and timing".
